With the assistance of our 3 specialized companys- SUBCONTROL (relation with the authorities and general management of the project), PLANCONTROL (arhitecture) and STRUCTCONTROL (static), we can guarantee a full or partia projekt for any kind of investment:

We also elaborate the documentations stipulated in the urban permit and necessary for the building permit, i.e. for obtaining the permits from authorities as Environment, Fire Protection, Civil Protection, telephone, electricity, gas, water supply-sewage , local or national circulation boards etc.

The SITE MANAGEMENT is executed by SUBCONTROL project managers observing the situations specific to each investment. This service implies essentially:

• Supervision and monitoring of the component elements of a project, written parts and drawings
• Supervision and monitoring the obtainment and existence of all necessary permits and authorisations
• Co-ordination, control and monitoring the building works according to the stipulations signed in the contract between the constructor and the investor
• Monitoring the observation of the determinant phases stipulated by the design
• Monitoring the observation of the quality and technological demands stipulated by the design
• Checking of the monthly situations for the executed works, allowing for payment only those correctly accomplished
• Checking and supervision of the financial completion of the investment
• Monitoring the observance of the laws regarding the quality of the materials used
• Coordination of the factors involved in the project - beneficiary, constructor, planner, building inspectorate, authorities
• Monthly and weekly reports about all quantitative, qualitative and financiar aspects of the investment (budget, costs, deadlines, quality)
• Organisation of the partial and final acceptance and elaboration of the necessary documentation
• Permanet consulting for the client with regard to all aspects that could occur during the planning and building period
• Legal finalisation of the work for commissioning (preliminary acceptances, final acceptance, building book, etc.)

All above mentioned services, either together or separately, are managed according to an own project management system, taking into account the specific condition in Romania
