History
Founded 1995, SUBCONTROL is one of the few companies in the west site of Romania specialized in project management (planning, authorisations), consulting and site supervision.
The development of the company was constant, specific for a lasting and durable project.
Structure
As a result of the constant developement in time of the volume and activity area, SUBCONTROL is nowadays devided in several specialized firms, namely:
- IMOCONTROL - specialized in finding locations for diverse investments as well as consulting for the start of an investment (1 lawyer)
- PLANCONTROL - www.plancontrol.ro - specialized in architecture planning (5 architects)
- STRUCTCONTROL - specialized in static works (2 engineers)
- SUBCONTROL - specialized in project management, obtaining of permits and authorisations, site supervision (8 engineers)
Team
Our staff (8 project managers and site supervisors, 4 architects, 2 planning engineers and 1 lawyer) is authorized both for planning works as well as for site supervision, covering all activities, from construction works up to installations.
The administrative staff is minimal - one administrative director, one economic director and one coordination assistent.
The whole SUBCONTROL group is coordinated by a senior partener.
Our work can be done only in a well trained team.
For us, succes means "everything is under control = SUBCONTROL"
Therefore it is important for SUBCONTROL to be a company of professionals, with an elastic structure and in the same time durable.
In order to reach this target, a programm has been initiated, so that till the end of 2006 60% of the company staff will be "associate partners", that means shareholders with all rights involved.
Our team is practically a little - big family.

After finishing the new wing for the Boavista Hotel, we acquired the new building's ground floor.
